A wave of confusion swept across Bihar on Saturday as thousands of students eagerly waited for the BSEB 10th Result 2026. But in a sudden twist, the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) stepped in with a crucial clarification: the result is not being declared today.
Fake Alert Sparks Panic
Amid rising anticipation, a fake notification began circulating rapidly on social media platforms, claiming that the Bihar Board Class 10 Result 2026 would be released on March 28. The viral message triggered anxiety among students and parents alike.
However, the Bihar Board quickly issued an official warning, urging students to ignore unverified updates and rely only on authentic sources. The board emphasized that such misinformation can create unnecessary panic during an already stressful time.
The Real Date… Almost Here
While dismissing today’s rumors, officials hinted that the BSEB Matric Result 2026 is now expected to be announced on March 30, 2026 (Monday).
This means the wait is almost over for more than 15 lakh students (15,12,687 candidates) who appeared for the matric examinations held between February 17 and February 25, 2026.
The board has completed most of the evaluation process, and final preparations for result declaration are reportedly in the last stage.
Where Will Results Be Available?
Students will be able to check their results only on the official Bihar Board websites:
- biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in
- results.biharboardonline.com
- secondary.biharboardonline.com
Experts advise students to avoid third-party or unofficial websites, as they often spread inaccurate information or crash during peak traffic.
