Students preparing for the 2026 Bihar Board exams can download their dummy admit cards by visiting the respective official websites. Intermediate students can visit intermediate.biharboardonline.com to download their admit cards. They will need to enter their registration number, faculty, school, and college codes, along with their date of birth, to access the card. After logging in, students can click on the “Click Here for Intermediate Dummy Admit Card” link to download the card.
For Matric (10th) students, the process is similar. They should visit exam.biharboardonline.org and enter their registration number, school and college codes, and date of birth to access their admit card. Once logged in, they can click on the “Click Here for Matric Dummy Admit Card” link to download it.
Additionally, students can also use the BSEB Information App to download their dummy admit cards.
What to Do If There Are Mistakes in the Dummy Admit Card
In case of any errors in the dummy admit card, such as incorrect spelling of the student’s or parent’s name, errors in the Aadhaar number, gender, marital status, date of birth, or mistakes in the photo or signature, students should report it immediately. They must share the correction request with their school principal for online correction. The principal will then sign the updated admit card, and the student should keep a copy of it for their records.
It is important to ensure that all the information on the admit card is accurate before final submission. If students find any discrepancies, they should follow the necessary steps to get the details corrected within the provided timeframe.
Important Dates and Correction Process
The dummy admit cards for both Matric and Intermediate students will be available on the Bihar Board’s official website from 21 November to 27 November. Students are required to check their admit cards during this period. If any corrections are needed, students can apply for them online until 27 November. The board has made it clear that corrections should be done within this window to avoid any inconvenience during the final exams.
Additionally, the Bihar Board has sent information via SMS to students’ mobile phones about the availability of their dummy admit cards. The board has also set up a helpline for students facing any issues. They can contact the board at the helpline number 0612 2230039 or send an email to bsebintehelpdesk@gmail.com for further assistance.
Restrictions on Name Changes in Admit Cards
The Bihar Board has explicitly stated that no major changes will be allowed in the names of students or their parents/guardians. If such changes are found, the student’s candidature will be canceled, and strict action will be taken against the school principal. This rule aims to ensure accuracy and prevent any discrepancies during the examination process.
Vocational Trade Education Requirement
The Bihar Board has also mentioned that it is mandatory for students who are enrolled in vocational education under the science, commerce, and arts faculties to complete a specific vocational trade. The board has designated several Plus Two schools in each district to offer vocational training in these trades. This initiative is aimed at enhancing students’ skills and preparing them for various career paths after completing their schooling.
The release of the dummy admit cards is a crucial step for students preparing for the 2026 Bihar Board exams. It provides students with an opportunity to review their personal details and ensure that everything is in order before the final admit cards are issued. Students are advised to carefully check their details and report any discrepancies promptly to avoid any issues later on. The correction process is designed to be efficient, and the board has provided clear guidelines for students and schools to follow.
By downloading the dummy admit cards, students can take the first step toward being fully prepared for the upcoming exams. It is important to stay informed and act swiftly if there are any issues with the admit card. The Bihar Board is committed to providing a smooth examination process for all students, ensuring that any mistakes or issues are resolved quickly.
