A time of 5 minutes 30 seconds will earn 60 points, 5 minutes 31 seconds to 5 minutes 45 seconds will earn 48 points, 5 minutes 46 seconds to 6 minutes will earn 36 points, and completing the race in 6 minutes 1 second to 6 minutes 15 seconds will earn 24 points.
Breakdown of Physical Test Groups

Group 1:
For this group, candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in 5 minutes and 30 seconds. This will earn them 60 marks.

Group 2:

Group 3:

Group 4:
